The Mustang underwent minor changes for 2004. 2004 was the Mustang's 40th anniversary, and as such, all models received a 40th Anniversary badge on the fenders. The base model received a new 3.9L V6 midway through the year which offered no increase in power, weight, or fuel economy. AmericanMuscle is always a great place to shop for my mustang. They give detailed information about the parts and if they fit or what they need in order to fit. It is also very helpful that they suggest accessories to go along with what you buy. For an example, I just bought a new exhaust system and they suggested new O2 sensors (or extenders) which wad needed since the other ones came up to short. Well, let's all be honest, AM is the BEST mustang site on the web! Any questions you have send them an email and get a response in like an hour! That's customer service! I had a question about the rims I was looking at, and sent them an email and in an hour they answered all my questions and helped me decide what ones to get. I cannot tell you what a joy it is to do business with American Muscle. Their sales and customer service departments are always on point, and able to answer my questions with ease.
