Perfect For Larger Throttle Bodies. To really take advantage of a larger throttle body you need a larger than stock intake plenum. Just by installing a C&L intake plenum in combination with a 75mm throttle body on a mildly modified Mustang you can see at least 8 more rear wheel horsepower, and as much as 11-15 more horsepower on a more heavily modified Pony.
Application. The C&L Upper Intake Plenum is a direct bolt-in replacement for all 1996 to 2004 4.6L 2V Mustangs using a Stock, 70mm, or 75mm Throttle Body and will clear stock hoods with only a 1/2" height difference compared to stock.
