62MM Bore. Perfect for heavily modified naturally aspirated or supercharged/turbocharged applications, this L&M throttle body features a generous, free flowing 62mm twin bore design that flows 1500CFM and will support up to 1,000HP.
Quality Construction. Precision CNC machined from billet aluminum to ensure quality and a perfect fit, this throttle body features a stainless steel REM TB Blade Shaft with countersunk screws to ensure smooth airflow. L&M uses electronic controlled Delrin Plastic (OEM Style Gears) to prevent binding and wear that is all too common with other aftermarket throttle bodies.
Required Upgrade. To realize the full power potential that this L&M Throttle Body has to offer, AmericanMuscle recommends a custom Bama tune with either a SCT SF3 or SCT LiveWire Custom Tuner.
Application. This L&M Twin 62mm Throttle Body is specifically designed as a direct bolt on for use on a heavily modified 2005 to 2010 GT Mustangs equipped with the SOHC 4.6L V8. 62mm throttle bodies work great on heavily modified or force inducted GT mustangs, stock or mildly modified GT's do not flow air enough to benefit from this larger Throttle Body.
