Track-ready X-pipe design. Pypes designed this system with an off road x-pipe to eliminate the power hogging catalytic converter from the horsepower and torque equation. For street use, consider installing the Pypes V6 True Dual Exhaust Catted Kit.
Quality Materials. Both the off-road X-pipe and Catback are constructed from mandrel bent 2.5" 409 stainless steel. The X-Pipe features welded reinforcement plates for additional strength and the Dual Catback features Pypes Street-Pro 3-chamber mufflers for an aggressive throaty sound. With its 3" polished 304 stainless steel tips this system not only sounds great, but it looks great too.
Application. The Pypes V6 True Dual Exhaust Kit is specifically designed to fit on any 1998 to 2004 3.8L or 3.9L V6 Mustang for more power and a more aggressive sound. Intended for off-road use, does not include catalytic converters.
Technical Note: May require the use of O2 Sensor Extensions for proper installation. Some cutting to the flow tubes is required.
